What are the accepted means of payment?

We accept the following payment methods:
VISA, Mastercard and Bancontact.

Bike delivery

We offer free bike delivery in the 19 Brussels municipalities with no minimum purchase. This allows us to reduce our carbon footprint while having a little fun.

When you choose delivery by bike, we contact you to set an appointment as soon as possible and so we are sure not to miss you. No more notices in the mailbox!

Product return is also possible by bike, even if you had chosen Bpost for delivery. Do not hesitate to contact us to set up an appointment and we will pick up or exchange the product.

What are the delivery times?

The order is generally ready to be sent in less than 12 hours. Then it depends on the delivery method.

If you opt for delivery by bike, it is possible to be delivered the same day. Do not hesitate to let us know if a product is urgent and we will do everything to reduce the delays as much as possible.

Via Bpost the delay is 1 to 3 days in Belgium. You will receive a code to track your package on the carrier’s platform.

What are the return and refund terms?

Return costs

Returns are free in Brussels with no minimum purchase.

Returns are free for orders of at least 75 euros anywhere in Belgium.

Returns are chargeable for orders under 75€ and abroad. The costs relating to returns are equivalent to the costs requested at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the products, we check their condition and we will refund you directly via the payment method used during the purchase.

Return conditions

You have 14 working days to return one or more unworn items to us and receive a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

You can try the items. Items tried on for sizing are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.

Procedure

  1. Bike orders in Brussels

    Request a return in the “your orders” section within 14 days. We will contact you to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Upon receipt of the products, we check their condition and we will refund you directly via the payment method used during the purchase.

  2. Other

    Request a return in the “your orders” section within 14 days. You will receive your return label by email. Upon receipt of the products, we check their condition and we will refund you directly via the payment method used during the purchase. In the event that the return was chargeable, we will reimburse you for the products less the return costs.
